This page is meant to provide a listing and brief details for the complete range of services available in the SFU Surrey Research Labs.

The following should be fleshed out

  • Linux Workstations
    • Need Hostnames/IPs - maybe auto-fetch?
  • Windows Workstations
    • Your research login works on these machines. Ensure that the 'RESEARCH' domain is selected for login. Your U: is your network-mounted home directory (shared with Linux). The Desktop and My Documents are local to the machine (ie no roaming profiles)
  • Networking
    • Wired
      • If you need to connect your laptop, find an open ethernet jack within research and connect up. Please avoid disconnecting other machines.
